Heat up a cast iron in your Forno Bravo oven for about 1:00.
Cook all the veggies together.
Set the cooked vegetables aside.
Cook thinly sliced meat in the cast iron. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Combine the veggies with the meats.
Add the provolone cheese in the pan. Let them melt and then stir until incorporated.
Set it aside.
Brush some melted butter onto the hoagie bread.
Toast them in the oven for about 1 minute or until toasted.
Add the meat onto the bread.
