Start a fire in your Forno Bravo oven.
Wait for the wood to turn to coals.
While waiting, mix the marinade in a bowl.
Add the meat into the marinade.
Let it sit for 30 minutes. Optionally, you can marinate the meat for 12 hours.
Slide your tuscan grill over a bed of coals in the oven and wait for it to get hot.
With a high-temp glove or a metal hook, pull the tuscan grill to the oven's landing.
Put the short ribs on the grill and push the grill back into the oven.
Grill each side of the meat for 3-5 minutes.
Serve with rice and sprinkle with green onions.
