Smooth cheese, rich meat, and bright arugula come together for a summer pizza treat.

- Ricotta
- Fresh Mozzerella Cheese
- sliced prosciutto
- Fresh Arugula
- Shaved Parmesan
- Garlic Olive Oil
- Lemon juice Freshly Squeezed
Using your favorite pizza dough, spread Ricotta evenly, then cover with Mozzarella.
Tear the Prosciutto and distribute evenly over the cheese. *You can also add the Prosciutto after baking with the Arugula. It is just a matter of preference and both ways are delicious!
While the pizza is cooking, dress and marinate the Arugula with parmesan, garlic olive oil, and lemon.
When the pizza is done, top with a generous amount of arugula and serve.
