Cooked pizza with Pizza with Prosciutto and Arugula and Shaved Parmagian Cheese

Smooth cheese, rich meat, and bright arugula come together for a summer pizza treat.

Ingredients
  

  • Ricotta
  • Fresh Mozzerella Cheese
  • sliced prosciutto
  • Fresh Arugula
  • Shaved Parmesan
  • Garlic Olive Oil
  • Lemon juice Freshly Squeezed

Instructions
 

  • Using your favorite pizza dough, spread Ricotta evenly, then cover with Mozzarella.  
  • Tear the Prosciutto and distribute evenly over the cheese.  *You can also add the Prosciutto after baking with the Arugula. It is just a matter of preference and both ways are delicious!
  • While the pizza is cooking, dress and marinate the Arugula with parmesan, garlic olive oil, and lemon.
  • When the pizza is done, top with a generous amount of arugula and serve.
