Bianco DiNapoli Rustic Crush Tomatoes
Mozzarella
Spicy soprasetta
Sliced Jalapeño peppers
Oven-roasted pineapple
Red pepper olive oil

Instructions

For the base, use your favorite pizza dough, then spread the Bianco DiNapoli tomatoes evenly, and cover with a generous amount of mozzarella.
Next, tear bite-size amounts of soprasetta, sprinkle the jalapenos evenly, lay on oven-roasted pineapple slices, and sprinkle with pepper oil.
Bake in a wood fired oven at a high temperature for best results.
