New Webisode Series, Part One: Anthony Mangieri, “I Don’t Compromise”
Hi Again,
Here’s the beginning of a new webisode series featuring the legendary Anthony Mangieri, founder of Una Pizza Napoletana. This segment is just a short teaser, but I promise to post Part Two next week, when we get into the heart of it all with Anthony. This series was shot in San Francisco, before he moved Una back to NYC, where he originally launched it about 15 years ago. By the way, we have created a 15 minute, single episode version of this series as part of our Pizza Quest series on BluPrint, but you have to be a subscriber there to see it (it’s kind of a Netflix model, where the monthly fee allows you unlimited access to all their fabulous content, including courses on nearly every subject (including my 2 video bread courses, as well as my mini-artisan pizza course) and all sorts of entertaining lifestyle programs like Pizza Quest. Here’s a link to the first and last episode, that BluPrint has made available for free: https://www.mybluprint.com/p/forno-bravo
Of course, we’d love for you to subscribe to BluPrint, but rest assured, we will also continue posting free content here, including shorter webisode versions of Anthony and other videos, guest columns, recipes, and my blog posts, as we’ve always done. This first segment, which we’ve called “I Don’t Compromise,” sets the stage for all that will follow, in which we find out why and how Anthoony Mangieri has emerged as one of the great pizza artists of our time. Take a peek here in Part One and then keep checking back over the next few weeks and months as the story unfolds.
Ciao for now….
Peter
