“Cucina Rustica was established in 2017. We started out doing farmers’ markets and special events with an oven on a small trailer. As we became more popular, we decided to go full-time with a food truck, and have been working the streets of the Heber Valley in Utah since June of 2018.

We are a wood-fired neighborhood food truck, with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients, fresh meats, handmade pizzas, pastas, breads, and desserts. Our mission is to change lives, one pizza at a time. This is not just what we do, but it’s who we are. Hand-crafted pizza with the heart and soul of over 20 years’ experience.”
