Olive Harvest

The olive harvest is an incredibly difficult and manual process. Mountains of olives are picked and pressed in a 6-8 week period, with armies of people move hundreds of miles of orchards — one tree at a time. The people who are manage and pick these wonderful trees are connected to the land, to the tradition, and to the wonder olive oil they produce.
