It's hard to believe that Memorial Day (and the unofficial start of summer) is just around the corner. As we take pride in our Made in The USA brand, we would like to take a moment to remember and recognize the profound sacrifices made by countless Americans in defense of our nation's values and citizens. We hope you're able to celebrate with plenty of food, fire, and most importantly, family in observance of this special holiday.

How time flies... It's already been a year since the release of our highly-anticipated Casa and Premio modular gas pizza oven kit series! Since then, these liquid propane (LP) or natural gas (NG) kits have been used in beautiful custom builds all around the world, and recently introduced in several of our top fully-assembled ovens as well. This option was not only created for the increasing number of customers who enjoy the convenience of gas, but serves as a solution for those who have local restrictions on wood fired cooking appliances.

Casa 2g100 Gas Pizza Oven by GPT Construction in Northern California

With two individual settings, a low and high, the burner has a range up to 51,000 BTUs liquid propane or 38,000 BTUs natural gas. Customers can cook with gas, wood or in combination. Not sure you want gas yet? Ask about how to order wood ovens that can be upgraded later if you want. For those who already have a Casa or a Premio wood oven, take comfort in knowing you can add-on gas anytime using our custom upgrade kits.

Live Oven Demos At The 2017 NRA Show in Chicago, IL - Saturday, May 20 - Tuesday, May 23.

In just a few short days, Forno Bravo will make its first appearance at the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago, IL. It is an incredible opportunity to showcase our commercial pizza ovens alongside some of the food industry's biggest players from 110 different countries.

Roughly 45,000 attendees are projected to attend this year's show, and we hope to bring the joy of wood fired cooking to each and every one of them.
