Spring has officially sprung! As the weather starts to warm up, it brings with it beautiful and vibrant flowers, t-shirts, sandals, and outdoor family get-togethers! This season, the Forno Bravo Team would like to take a moment to think about the warmth and joie de vivre that sharing food, fire and family brings into our lives. Thank you for supporting our on-going mission and the wood fired community as a whole.

Here's what's inside this month's newsletter...

First, we had our debut appearance at the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas, NV. Our Napoli120, paired with Leo Spizzirri's live oven demos, really stole the show! We had the pleasure of hosting and interacting with roughly 800 to 1,000 guests at our modest L-Shaped booth, and had nearly 10,000 people tune into our live-streams over the course of the week. Second - and this is BIG - we officially announce the release of our newly redesigned Bella "USA"! This exciting change means all manufacturing of our portable Bella stainless steel pizza ovens has moved to a top-of-the-line facility in Colorado Springs, CO. We're so incredibly proud to finally have Bella join Forno Bravo's distinguished line of 'Made in The USA' pizza ovens. Learn more about all of our beautiful Bella improvements.

We close out our April newsletter with two delicious recipes crafted in a Bella oven by Brigit Binns and Chef Marshall, see the financial intricacies of starting and operating a wood-fired catering business, and last but not least, watch Peter's latest webisode with Vito Romani.

Register For Live Oven Demos with Maestro Pizzaiolo & World Pizza Champion Leo Spizzirri at the 2017 NRA Show.

As many of you already know, Forno Bravo was a first-time exhibitor at the International Pizza Expo a few weeks ago in Las Vegas. With three Napoli120 ovens in tow, an updated set of crisp brochures, two looping videos, and Leo Spizzirri's 5 scheduled live oven demos, we could feel the buzz (and pressure) leading up to the show.

As the doors officially opened, nothing could prepare us for the amount of love and excitement surrounding our ovens throughout the week.

Leo's live demos went off without a hitch, capturing thousands of online views and countless praised reactions. Pizza aficionados like John Arena of Metro Pizza, Albert Grande of Pizza Therapy, Peter Reinhart of Pizza Quest and other household names in the industry could be seen mingling in and around our booth.

Our next stop is the NRA Show in Chicago, IL on May 20th through the 23rd where we'll be hosting a brand new series of Live Oven Demos with Maestro Pizzaiolo & World Pizza Champion Leo Spizzirri. If you missed us in Las Vegas, this is a perfect opportunity to see a Forno Bravo commercial pizza oven in action on the showroom floor.
