Cookbook Author Brigit announces a new cookbook, tentatively named "Kissed by Fire", scheduled to be released in December. This cookbook will be available on Kindle and includes updated versions of all 18 recipes on the Community Cookbook plus many more (35 in total)!
The holidays are here and a great way to celebrate is by lighting a fire in your pizza oven. Chef Lea's two part video series on how to make a wood fired turkey and dressing is ideal for gathering friends and family and talk turkey. Both segments come complete with recipe and video aids to make the perfect wood fired turkey and dressing.

Community Cookbook
Cookbook author Brigit Binns has decided to update, improve and expand her wood fired recipe collection. In a new eBook, scheduled to be released December 2016, cookbook author Brigit plans on updating her recipes in our Community Cookbook with new images and refinements she has made in the last year with her Grande 36 pizza oven. In addition, she will be adding many more wood fired recipes (35 in total).
This cookbook, tentatively named "Kissed by Fire" will be available this December through Kindle in eBook format only. Click here to get a reminder email when this eBook becomes available.
