The Volcano
This pizza has quite a kick that combined with a rich, smooth, sweetness. The Volcano will erupt in your mouth and set our taste buds on fire!!
Ingredients
- Bianco DiNapoli Rustic Crush Tomatoes
- Mozzarella
- Spicy soprasetta
- Sliced Jalapeño peppers
- Oven-roasted pineapple
- Red pepper olive oil
Instructions
- For the base, use your favorite pizza dough, then spread the Bianco DiNapoli tomatoes evenly, and cover with a generous amount of mozzarella.
- Next, tear bite-size amounts of soprasetta, sprinkle the jalapenos evenly, lay on oven-roasted pineapple slices, and sprinkle with pepper oil.
- Bake in a wood fired oven at a high temperature for best results.
