Clam Pizza
Sweet clams with a pinch of brine, and a nice hit of garlic, all on a perfect crisp yet tender and moist crust. Perfetto!
Ingredients
- 1 275g pizza dough Use 00 flour
- 3 Tbsp Pecorino Romano Grated
- 12 Clams Little Neck
- 1 Tsp dried oregano
- 3-4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1-2 Cloves garlic Minced
Instructions
- Make Vera Napoletana dough at 60% hydration. Stretch to ~12 inches. Scatter pecorino, top with clams, sprinkle with minced garlic and oregano. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in WFO at ~900 F.
